A new 4-story, 45,000 medical office building, constructed adjacent to the Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital. In addition to construction of the shell building, McKenzie Construction provided build-out services for various medical office suites including orthopedics, endoscopy, nephrology, internal medicine and pediatrics.
